Our Story

My name is Catherine. Well, it began with the pandemic. Everyone stuck at home with not much to do. I especially felt bad for all those weddings and the sad brides and grooms that either had to cancel their weddings or drastically reduce the number of guests. Our daughter was one of them.

While looking at many pictures of travel we've done over the years, one picture stood out: the Moet Champagne Cart. There are beverage carts all through Europe, but the Moet Cart is the most beautiful! As a lover of champagne, how fun it is to walk up to this cart on the street and have a refreshing glass of champagne. So that got the ball rolling. I asked my husband if he could build me a champagne cart, and he said, "Sure. Let's do it." He's a very talented and crafty guy, and when he puts his mind to something, it's done perfectly.

My reason for building a champagne/beverage cart was so that during Covid, it would put smiles on people's faces and add something unique to their special days. Our cart can easily be wheeled into a home or garden, so it was perfect for all those scaled-down weddings that had to be reduced during Covid. It added that "wow" factor that many needed during that challenging time.

Well, needless to say, it became very popular. Moving forward, it has been a real hit at many special occasions. Its versatility makes it a showstopper every time. It's been used in Hallmark movies, weddings, showers, kids' parties, and anniversaries. It has been so popular that we've now built a black one (thanks to our son-in-law and brother-in-law). We call them Carte Blanche & Carte Noir, a white and a black one.

We are very proud to rent out our charming carts and love everyone's expressions when they first see them all set up. So if you love champagne and a little bit of decadence, please call us. They just make people happy!!
